We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Optimizer (SMO) to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content optimization techniques to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Optimize social media posts (content, hashtags, visuals) to improve reach and performance.
Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with the design and content team for creative campaigns and brand messaging.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build an active online community.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Run paid campaigns (optional) and manage budgets effectively to achieve targeted results.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sr Social Media Executive/ SR SMO or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, or Hootsuite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
