Collaborate with the on-site Social Media Manager to plan, create, and implement impactful social media campaigns across platforms.
Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars for multiple company brands.
Monitor performance analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Create engaging and creative content for blogs, posts, reels, and other social channels.
Manage influencer marketing initiatives--identify, collaborate, and coordinate with relevant influencers to amplify brand presence.
Assist with the distribution of press releases and media alerts across appropriate channels.
Provide support to the marketing team during both live and online events, ensuring strong social media visibility and engagement.
Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and platform updates to enhance social media strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in
influencer marketing campaigns
(from outreach to execution).
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and analytics tools.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
