Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Manage and grow company's presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels.
Monitor trends and implement new strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Optimize ad performance by analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance.
Develop strategies to increase conversions and leads through paid ads.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze social media and ad campaign performance using analytics tools.
Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and advertising policies.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with the content and design team to create compelling visuals and ad creatives.
Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals.
Keep up with industry trends and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and running paid ads.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad optimization, and retargeting strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SEO & content marketing is a plus.
Experience with influencer marketing & collaborations.
Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
