Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and project schedule. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project flow. Monitor labor force productivity, site logistics, and materials delivery. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Conduct daily site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met. Prepare daily progress reports and communicate effectively with higher management. Identify and resolve any issues or delays at the site. Maintain documentation such as site diaries, attendance, labor records, and inventory. Assist in planning work schedules, resource allocation, and workforce deployment. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment on site.
