Job Description

Sr. Site supervisor with 3+ years experience and excellent knowledge on architectural and interior designing, and with proven track-record of creating successful designs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow.

2. Understand client requirements and coordinate effectively between clients and internal departments.

3. Interpret technical requirements and communicate them clearly to the team.

4. Provide positive leadership to motivate the team and ensure quality performance.

5. Set project goals, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.

6. Communicate effectively with clients regarding implementation-related queries.

7. Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

8. Prepare and submit interim and final reports to clients and management.

9. Maintain coordination with clients/designers from concept stage to final execution.

10. Ensure adherence to high-end interior execution standards for premium villas and residential projects.

11. Stay updated with new developments and trends in the design and construction industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in residential and corporate interior industry.

2. Strong communication skills; fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

3. Excellent multi-tasking ability with a pleasant and professional personality.

4. Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player with flexibility and adaptability.

5. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is a must.

6. Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concept

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
