Job Summary:

The Senior Site Supervisor (Civil) will be responsible for overseeing daily construction site operations, ensuring that all civil works are carried out in accordance with design, schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on site. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met according to approved plans and specifications. Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with construction drawings, codes, and safety standards. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work schedules. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Maintain daily site logs and submit regular progress reports to management. Manage workforce, site materials, and equipment efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site. Identify and resolve on-site technical issues in collaboration with engineers and architects. Attend project review meetings and provide input on site progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
