The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for managing and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines. The role includes coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key responsibility:-
Lead and manage
day-to-day site construction activities.
Ensure work is executed according to
approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site staff.
Monitor
quality control, safety compliance, and workmanship
at site.
Plan and execute construction schedules to meet project timelines.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams.
Verify
material quality, measurements, and billing
.
Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues on site.
Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
.
Ensure compliance with
local building codes and statutory regulations.
Guide and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
Skills and requirements:-
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in
Civil Engineering
.
4+ years of experience in
real estate or construction projects
(residential / commercial).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
Excellent understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic MS Office.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of quality standards, safety norms, and billing processes.
Working hours
:- 10:30am to 7:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
