To oversee day-to-day site execution activities ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality completion of works in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure project progress as per schedule and drawings.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
Verify materials, workmanship, and construction methods comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and manpower planning.
Ensure proper site documentation -- including material receipt, inspection records, and daily logs.
Check measurements and support billing & quantity surveying teams with site data.
Resolve technical issues and coordinate with the design/engineering team for clarifications.
Maintain safety compliance at the site and enforce company safety policies.
Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status, challenges, and resource requirements.
Assist in forecasting material and equipment requirements to prevent work delays.
