Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Carry out site execution activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

2. Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

3. Conduct and support quality checks, material inspections, site audits, and ensure workmanship quality at every stage.

4. Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and material tracking sheets.

5. Report site updates, progress, and issues to the Sr. Civil Engineer / Project Manager.

6. Verify site measurements and assist in preparing work-related documentation.

7. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

8. Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and overall site safety protocols.

9. Assist in managing site inventory, monitoring material consumption, and ensuring availability of required resources.

10. Plan and allocate daily work activities to workers in coordination with the Sr. Engineer.

11. Identify discrepancies in drawings, technical issues, or site-related concerns and escalate them for timely resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹15,000.90 - ₹35,000.26 per month
