Senior Site Engineer
to oversee and manage our PEB construction projects efficiently.
Job Summary:
The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing PEB projects, excellent technical knowledge, and strong leadership skills to coordinate teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all site activities related to PEB construction including erection, fabrication, and installation of steel structures.
Ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update project status.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to junior engineers and site workers.
Manage procurement and material handling on-site, ensuring proper usage and minimal wastage.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders for timely approvals and issue resolutions.
Maintain accurate documentation including site diaries, work records, and material reports.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
3-4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the PEB or steel structures industry.
Strong knowledge of Pre-Engineered Building systems and steel construction practices.
Proficient in reading and interpreting structural drawings and blueprints.
Sound understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management software and MS Office applications.
