Experience: Minimum 5 years in Quantity Surveying (Residence Construction Experience is
Preferable)

Location: Kottayam Job Type: Full-time ITI/Diploma/Polytechnic/Bachelor's degree in related field. Salary: Based on Experience & Knowledge Accommodation: Available Responsibilities:1. Cost Estimation:- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and requiredmaterials.2. Budget Management:- Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting on cost variations.- Work closely with project managers to ensure financial goals are met.3. Quantity Takeoff:- Conduct quantity takeoffs and prepare bills of quantities.- Ensure accurate measurement of materials and quantities for cost calculation.4. Tendering Process:- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in the tendering process.- Evaluate contractor bids and provide recommendations to the project team.5. Contract Administration:- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.- Monitor and assess variations and claims, negotiating settlements when necessary.6. Cost Control:- Implement and maintain effective cost control measures.- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.7. Team Collaboration:- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost efficiencyand value engineering.8. Reporting:- Generate regular reports on project costs, budget status, and financial forecasts.- Provide timely and accurate information to support decision-making processes.9. Immediate Joiners:- Prefer candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
