Responsibilities
- In this role you will be part of a team responsible for Physical design of ASIC blocks, chiplets and SOC targeted to AMD Data Center devices
Qualifications
- Good understanding of Physical design flows including Synthesis, DFT, P&R, STA, Physical and EMIR verification.
- Hands on experience with ASIC design tools (such as DC/ICC2/Innovus/PrimeTime/Redhawk-SC)
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- 3+ years' experience in Physical design
