4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on Service portal backend functionality.
Experience in Agentic AI frameworks.
Proficiency in Javascript and Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, etc.).
Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
Experience working with REST APIs, integrations, and MID Servers.
Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and tools (JIRA, ServiceNow Agile, etc.).
Strong problem solving and communication skills
