HEMM (Heavy Earth Moving Machinery)
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining of heavy equipment used in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects. This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of HEMM machinery.
Conduct preventive maintenance.
Supervise and support junior service teams.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
Train site operators and mechanics on proper machine handling and routine checks.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Provide on-site support at project sites as needed.
Monitor equipment/machinery performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in servicing and maintaining HEMM in mining, construction, or similar industries.
Ability to lead a team.
