Job Description

A service engineer installs, maintains, and repairs equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. They diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, provide on-site or remote support, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Their responsibilities also include conducting routine maintenance, installing new equipment, and training clients on its proper use. Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:

Setting up and configuring new equipment or systems.

Maintenance and Repair:

Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment malfunctions.

Technical Support:

Providing on-site or remote technical assistance to customers.

Customer Training:

Educating clients on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including repairs and maintenance.

Collaboration:

Working with other engineers and departments to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.

Staying Updated:

Keeping current with industry trends and technological advancements.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and other relevant systems.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
