Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategy for the company website
Lead keyword strategy for high-intent and ranking-driven searches
Oversee on-page, technical, and content SEO improvements
Plan, execute, and monitor ethical link-building activities to improve domain authority and rankings
Analyze website structure, crawlability, indexing issues, performance issues, and ranking-impacting issues
Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust SEO strategies accordingly
Drive organic lead generation through SEO-optimized landing pages and content
Generate lead via social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
Design and execute social media lead generation strategies
Track SEO, ranking, and lead performance; prepare detailed growth reports
Guide, support, and mentor junior SEO team members
Allocate SEO and lead generation tasks to junior team members and monitor execution
