Beacon Minds, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented and experienced SEO specialist to join our dynamic team. With a focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in SEO. As a SEO Specialist at Beacon Minds, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain exposure to diverse industries.

Principal Accountabilities:

Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. Take charge of coordinating and leading the digital marketing team, ensuring smooth operations, collaboration, and efficient execution of campaigns and projects. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility, for multinational clients and across domains. Managing optimization projects and reporting on performance. Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to maximize their performance and achieve departmental goals.
Responsibilities:

Analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role. Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase client's profitability. Develop and execute successful SEO strategies. Manage team of SEO Specialists. Conduct keyword research to guide content teams. Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes. Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy. Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building).
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in overall SEO & Team Leadership. Required to have a graduate degree in related fields. Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Should have an in-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods. Experience with SEO industry programs such as Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console. Knowledge about HubSpot, Lucky Orange will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
