We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEM Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid marketing campaigns across search engines and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, keyword strategy, bidding, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
Conduct keyword research and manage bidding strategies to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures for higher CTR and conversions.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Stay updated with the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with SEO, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
Deep understanding of keyword research, ad targeting, and bidding strategies.
Proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROI.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in SEM and digital campaign management.
Certification in Google Ads or related platforms preferred.
