Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging healthcare-related reels and videos

Record and edit patient stories, doctor interviews, and healthcare awareness clips

Manage social media content calendar and ensure timely posting

Collaborate with doctors, patients, and staff to capture authentic and valuable content

Monitor performance metrics, audience engagement, and trends to optimize campaigns

Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers

Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practice

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field

Proven experience in managing healthcare or wellness-related social media

Hands-on skills in video recording (camera/mobile), lighting, and audio setup

Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)

Strong grasp of social media platforms and their algorithms

Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
