The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of SEO best practices, technical SEO, content optimization, and analytics to achieve business objectives effectively.Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy & Implementation:Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, including metadata, URL structures, and content optimization.
Enhance website structure and navigation to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.Technical SEO & Website Optimization:Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
Optimize website architecture, schema markup, and structured data implementation.
Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO-friendly web development practices.
Implement and optimize Core Web Vitals and other performance metrics.Content Strategy & Optimization:Work closely with content teams to develop SEO-driven content strategies.
Ensure content is optimized for search intent, user engagement, and conversion.
Implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and credibility.Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking:Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track and measure performance.
Generate insightful reports on rankings, traffic, conversions, and other KPIs.
Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Team Collaboration & Leadership:Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content teams, to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives.
Communicate SEO strategies and insights effectively to stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
Proven track record of successfully improving search rankings and organic traffic growth.
In-depth understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, backlink strategies, and on-page/off-page optimization.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data into actionable strategies.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
