Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and performance
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluations to identify growth opportunities.
Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, schema, internal linking, etc.) to maximize search rankings.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly content aligned with search intent.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure strategies remain competitive.
Mentor junior SEO specialists and provide training/support to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4-6+ years of proven SEO experience, ideally in both agency and in-house environments.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Drupal).
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent project management, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Experience with international SEO and/or e-commerce SEO is a plus.
