Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior SEO & PPC Specialist

to manage and grow both organic and paid digital performance. This integrated role requires expertise in search engine optimization, paid advertising, analytics, and growth-driven strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for boosting visibility, driving targeted traffic, and delivering measurable results across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated

SEO & PPC strategies

to drive traffic and conversions. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & site audits. Optimize website structure, content, and technical performance. Manage and optimize

Google Ads & Meta

campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max). Handle A/B testing, audience targeting & budget optimization. Set up and track conversions using

GA4, GTM, Pixels & Search Console

. Monitor performance and provide actionable insights & reports. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for better results.

Strategy:

Create combined SEO + PPC funnels for maximum visibility & lead generation. Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall digital performance. Analyze data to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities. Work closely with design, content, and development teams to align strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in

both SEO and PPC

. Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM & SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog). Deep understanding of keyword strategy, audience behavior & conversion optimization. Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing & remarketing funnels. Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication & project management skills.
