Key Responsibilities:SEO Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
Conduct in-depth keyword research and SEO audits.
Optimize content, meta tags, and website structure for search engines.
Monitor and report on search rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.
PPC & Meta Ads Responsibilities:
Plan and execute high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and YouTube.
Create, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Track performance KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and prepare regular performance reports.
Work with graphic designers and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient use of spend to achieve performance goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in SEO with strong knowledge of Google algorithms and best practices.
Proven experience managing PPC campaigns via Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Experience with CRO, website UX best practices, and lead generation funnels is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
