Job roles for the Sr. SMO Executive:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution (40%)
- Develop and implement platform-wise social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms.- Lead content planning, creation, publishing, and performance tracking.- Own community building (follower growth) and engagement.- Analyze platform insights to optimise content strategies.- Oversee influencer marketing from scouting to performance measurement.- Conduct competitor benchmarking and research.
2. Website, SEO & UI/UX management (30%).
Oversee website content updates and maintenance.- Improve UI/UX and user journeys.- Drive SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic and rankings.- Collaborate with internal & external IT & tech teams- Conduct competitor benchmarking and research.
Manage CRM communication across email, WhatsApp, and SMS.- Build automated customer journeys and retention programs.- Ensure CRM workflows support lead nurturing and cross-sell conversions.- Collaborate with performance marketing teams for aligned communication.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, HR, Community Development, and Sales teams to support product launches, event coverage, creative development, and shoot requirements.- Collaborate with tech teams to implement relevant tools, integrations, and APIs that support marketing initiatives, enhance data flow, and improve overall digital efficiency.- Strong stakeholder management: ability to create clear, detailed briefs, set realistic timelines, coordinate across departments, and ensure seamless communication with internal and external teams.- Ensure all brand and marketing assets delivered align with stakeholder needs and business objectives.
Content marketing & Brand storytelling:
Lead content strategy and calendar across owned channels.- Ensure consistent, engaging brand communication.- Collaborate with creatives to produce high-quality content.- Conduct R&D to keep content innovative and relevant.

Job description
Google Ads Management: Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad campaigns accordingly.
Ad Copy Creation: Develop compelling ad copy that resonates with our target audience and adheres to best practices.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously analyse campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve click-through rates (CTR), quality scores, and conversion rates.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to identify and implement improvements.
Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitor strategies and trends within the real estate industry to stay competitive.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
