Role Overview
The Senior SEO Executive will lead execution-driven SEO initiatives, drive performance improvements, and mentor junior team members while ensuring best-in-class SEO delivery across brands.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
Own end-to-end SEO execution for assigned brands
Translate SEO strategies into actionable plans and timelines
Ensure accurate implementation of on-page, technical, and content SEO recommendations
Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize continuously
Stakeholder & Team Management
Work closely with website, content, and design teams to drive SEO outcomes
Review SEO implementations and maintain quality benchmarks
Lead internal discussions, document MoMs, and track deliverables
Mentor and guide junior executives; review their work for accuracy and impact
Off-Page & Authority Building
Drive backlink strategies through competitor analysis and outreach
Manage link acquisition, negotiations, and relationship building with webmasters
Maintain backlink, anchor text, and outreach trackers
Client & Business Support
Actively contribute to client meetings with insights and performance updates
Support pitch decks, audits, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
Ensure SEO activities align with overall business and campaign goals
Skills & Experience
2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Experience working on at least one CMS and large websites
Clear, confident communication and problem-solving mindset
