, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance our firm's online visibility, search engine rankings, and digital presence. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive organic traffic, improve user engagement, and strengthen the firm's digital footprint across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
and
SMO (Social Media Optimization)
.
Track, analyze, and report key metrics impacting website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Prepare regular internal performance reports and actionable insights.
Work toward defined KPIs and contribute to increasing relevant conversions.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to create SEO-driven content and support event promotions (webinars, launches, networking events).
Stay updated with the latest digital trends, SEO updates, and technological advancements.
Monitor search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
Recommend on-site improvements for SEO compliance and perform keyword research, analysis, and implementation.
Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities including content analysis, backlinking, and competitor analysis.
Handle social media engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Quora, etc.
Execute white-hat SEO strategies to improve ranking and visibility.
Work independently with strong ownership and initiative.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Computer Science (BCA / MCA / B.Tech / B.Sc) or related field.
Hands-on experience in
SEO and SMO
, including social bookmarking, sharing, and backlinking.
Strong understanding of internet technologies and digital marketing fundamentals.
Knowledge of email marketing and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Excellent command over written and verbal English.
Strong analytical skills and ability to independently manage assignments.
