We are looking For a knowledgeable and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our team and enhance our visibility in search engine results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation. Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to ensure maximum visibility in search engine results. Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations to improve site architecture, URL structures, and overall site performance. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our SEO efforts. Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all content creation. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in our SEO strategy. Manage and build high-quality backlink profiles through outreach and relationship building with relevant websites. Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS) is a plus. Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in reproductive or maternal health, is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with local SEO and optimizing for local search results. Familiarity with content marketing and social media marketing strategies.
