At WebLedger, we are looking for a passionate and analytical
SEO Specialist
with 1-4 years of experience to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for improving our organic visibility, increasing website traffic, and optimizing content to ensure WebLedger ranks higher across search engines. You will work closely with our content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices that drive measurable growth and support our mission to simplify task and business management for CAs and professionals.
Required Skills & Qualification :
Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
Ability to conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Knowledge of website structure, indexing, and crawl optimization
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and technical troubleshooting
Experience with link-building strategies and outreach
Ability to create SEO-friendly content guidelines
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Responsibilities :
Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify content opportunities
Optimize website pages, landing pages, and blogs for search visibility
Conduct regular technical SEO audits and fix issues related to speed, indexing, and site structure
Develop and execute link-building and off-page SEO strategies
Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content creation
Analyze competitors to identify gaps and opportunities
Coordinate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations
Ensure compliance with the latest SEO guidelines and algorithm updates
Continuously measure, test, and improve user experience for better SEO performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
