HTBG GLOBAL Pvt Ltd is looking for a

Senior SEO Specialist

with a strong background in driving organic growth, optimizing website performance, and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will also have

at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

, ensuring a well-rounded approach to digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify growth opportunities. Plan and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic. Conduct detailed technical SEO audits and recommend improvements. Track, analyze, and prepare performance reports using Google Analytics, GA4, and Search Console. Develop effective link-building and outreach campaigns. Research and suggest blog topics and content strategies aligned with SEO goals. Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to implement SEO best practices. Manage and optimize

Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

for performance and ROI. Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends. Mentor and guide junior SEO team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of proven SEO experience with strong results.

At least 2 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.

Expertise in keyword research, technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, and Search Console. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog. Ability to create detailed SEO and paid ads performance reports and translate insights into actions. Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms. Understanding of local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and international SEO is an advantage.
