Role Title: Sr. SEO Analyst/Manager Role Vertical: Digital Marketing and IT Years of Experience: Min. 6 to 10 years Base Location: Sector 125 Noida (Work From Office Only) Industry: Telecom/IT Preferred Industry: Open Minimum Qualification: Graduate/master\'s in computer science : Developing a long-term SEO strategy with a strong focus on mobile, web & App store SEO along with advanced knowledge of Google Analytics. Identify & monitor traffic acquisition KPIs. Take ownership and build out the toolset for SEO traffic analytics. Lead technical site analysis, competitive analysis, and content strategy. Review technical SEO issues and fix/Optimize website content, blog content. Create and implement an aggressive SEO strategy (on-page and off-page) based on in-depth research and analysis. Develop ongoing client dashboards and reports that yield qualitative and quantitative trends. Perform ongoing technical SEO audits, backlink analysis, content analysis and opportunity identification Establish and maintain project management processes to manage multiple SEO projects at once Work with cross-functional departments to develop and track all details of SEO initiatives Collaborate with paid search to feed SEO findings into broader online and offline media strategy Collaborate with the product and tech teams to drive initiatives for best user experience , site architecture and content , impacting rankings of category keywords in organic search results Actively measure results daily, also keeping in mind key performance indicators (leads volume). Continually monitoring organic search rankings and report overall SEO health of inhouse and client web properties. Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects. Analyzing website as per Google changes and Working experience on Google analytics. Develop link - building strategies , link architecture and ensure spider friendliness of the website. Research and analyze competitor advertising links. Manage tactical execution of organic search strategies that include , performing regular site audits , comprehensive and complex keyword research , analysis and portfolio management to identify and drive growth opportunities Generating content ideas and delegating these to the team, Updating outdated content. Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices Manage and drive SEO reporting build , develop and present weekly updates to demonstrate the impact of company\'s investment to senior management Requirements 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO in B2B Startups or B2C Product companies. Deep understanding experience in all SEO tools - Google Search Console, SEMrush etc. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Should have worked on Zoho/Hubspot CRMs Should have sound knowledge of Web analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics Proven track record in delivering rapid business growth at a good scale. Should have strong analytical skills and a data-driven problem-solving approach. Preferably from digital media background (essential and desired) Should have strong communication skills (Written & Spoken) Years of Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM, HTML Any other details (target company, work shifts, domain etc) Good to have/ Desired: SEO experience in Digital Media companies/projects would be a plus
