Job Summary:

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented

SEO Analyst

to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. The SEO Analyst will work to ensure that the company's content is optimized to drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and increase online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research & Strategy:

Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization. Develop SEO strategies that align with business goals and objectives. Identify and implement keyword opportunities to improve search engine rankings.

On-Page Optimization:

Optimize website content, meta tags (title, descriptions), header tags (H1, H2, etc.), and URLs for target keywords. Ensure on-page SEO best practices, including schema markup, internal linking, and image optimization. Conduct regular SEO audits to ensure website health and compliance with SEO standards.

Technical SEO:

Monitor and fix any technical SEO issues that affect website performance, such as crawl errors, site speed, and mobile optimization. Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

Link Building & Off-Page Optimization:

Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building, influencer outreach, and social bookmarking. Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and sustainable practices. Monitor and analyze competitor backlink strategies and implement tactics to improve our site's authority.

SEO Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to track, report, and analyze website performance. Generate reports on website traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, and overall SEO performance. Provide actionable insights based on data to improve the SEO strategy.

Content Strategy:

Collaborate with content creators to optimize content for SEO and user engagement. Ensure all blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions are optimized for search engines. Stay updated on content SEO trends and algorithm updates to enhance content visibility.

Competitor & Market Analysis:

Conduct SEO competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Keep track of changes in SEO practices, Google algorithm updates, and industry developments.

Local SEO Optimization:

Optimize the website for local SEO, including Google My Business profile management, local citations, and reviews. Implement geo-targeting strategies for relevant search terms.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with web developers, content writers, and other marketing team members to ensure that SEO strategies are integrated across all channels. Communicate SEO updates, performance, and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. 1-3 years of proven SEO experience. Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, etc. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO purposes. In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best SEO practices. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive decisions. Ability to stay updated with evolving SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates. Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred:

Familiarity with local SEO tactics. Google Analytics and Google Search Console certification is a plus. Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and UX (User Experience) strategies.

Work Conditions:

Full-time and Office-based company. Employees at the company enjoy a weekly schedule that includes one day off each week.
