We are looking for an

SEO expert

to join our team as a

Senior SEO Analyst

. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our SEO strategy and execution, guide and mentor the SEO team, and be hands-on with both technical and content SEO efforts. This role is suited for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a proactive executor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and search rankings across all major search engines. Perform technical audits, on-page and off-page SEO activities, and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO best practices. Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes. Manage and mentor junior SEO team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Create and present regular SEO performance reports and growth strategies. Take initiative to identify new growth opportunities and lead experiments for SEO-driven conversions. Work cross-functionally to align SEO objectives with broader business goals.

Requirements:

3-5 years of proven experience in SEO with a strong portfolio of success stories. In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and SEO tools. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead a team while also being an individual contributor. Strong initiative and ownership mindset -- you don't wait for directions; you take charge. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with AIO (AI Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and how modern SEO strategies interact with LLMs (Large Language Models) like ChatGPT and Google's Gemini.
