We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Security Executive

to oversee and manage all aspects of security operations for our real estate projects and facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Policy & Strategy:

Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies, procedures, and standards for company sites and projects.

2. Personnel Management:

Supervise and train security staff and guards. Manage duty schedules and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

3. Risk Management:

Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits. Identify potential threats and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.

4. Incident & Crisis Management:

Lead responses to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches. Develop and implement effective crisis management and business continuity plans.

5. System & Asset Oversight:

Monitor and maintain security systems, CCTV surveillance, and alarms to ensure operational effectiveness.

6. Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and industry-specific safety standards.

7. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed security logs and reports for management review. Provide insights and recommendations for security improvements.

8. Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, local authorities, and third-party security vendors. Foster cooperation and ensure smooth coordination during operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in security or facility management). 3-5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in real estate or facility management. Strong leadership and crisis management skills. Good communication and reporting abilities. Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.
