Job Title: Cybersecurity / Enterprise Security Specialist Location: TechM CERIUM Bengaluru Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity / Enterprise Security Specialist with a strong focus on Windows Defender Antivirus. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of implementing and managing security solutions to protect enterprise environments. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and incident response, along with hands on experience with Windows Defender Antivirus. Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Windows Defender Antivirus solutions across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents, responding promptly to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integration of security measures into existing systems.
• Provide training and support to staff on cybersecurity best practices and Windows Defender usage.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
• Participate in incident response planning and execution, ensuring effective communication during security events.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and hands on experience with Windows Defender Antivirus.
• Proficient in cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with threat detection and incident response methodologies.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Experience with cloud security and securing cloud based applications.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise security roles.
• Proven experience with Windows Defender Antivirus and related security technologies.
