Procurement - Getting Offer from Suppliers / Place PO / follow up for Order Execution

Checking & Verification Import Documents & forward to CHA

Customs Clearance - Import Shipment ( Co-ordination with CHA )

Re-Export Work - Warranty Failed Parts return process
5
Quotation submission - Against Customer Enquiry & recommended by Service Engineers
6
Submission Drilling Tools & Consumables quotation with Customers & Sales Persons
7
L&T Portal - RFQ, ASN & MRN submission on time
8
Tracking Daily MRN Status on L&T Portal
9
Rental machine - Check Parts availability & Follow up for Order Execution.
10
Outstanding follow up with the customers
11
Responsible for Parts Ordering on time for Rental Machines

Co-Ordination with Service team - Gear Box Overhauling work

Transport Arrangement
14
Update Customers back Orders & maintain tracker report

Customer Visit - for Outstanding reconcilation & Order follow up
