Duties & Responsibilities:
Should be able to understand business requirements, statutory/taxation requirements in the area of Finance and Accounting - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Costing, Management Reporting, and do "To-be" process mapping, gap analysis, KDS finalization, custom development object identification/RICEF list.
Finalize the requirements for each custom development object (RICEF object). Prepare and provide functional specifications to the technical team to carry out development.
Carry out functional configurations. Prepare test scripts. Perform unit testing and development testing.
Identify integration scenarios, prepare integration test scripts, and conduct integration testing.
Plan and provide training to the core team and users.
Manage master data and cutover data migration/upload.
Provide post-go-live support for issues faced by users.

Graduate - Commerce

Essential Requirement:
SAP Experience - 6 to 9 years
E2E Implementation Projects - At least 3 E2E implementation projects handled independently
Team Handling Experience
Desirable Requirement:
Degree - Post Graduate/MBA/CA
Certifications - SAP certification
Domain Experience - 2 to 4 years
Industry Experience - Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure industry

Experience in E2E onsite implementation projects

Ability to plan and handle data migration
Ability to provide training and offer post-go-live support
