As a Salesforce Developer, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team, driving the digitalization of partner management on the Otto Marketplace. You will work closely with the Salesforce architecture team to design, develop, and implement partner management processes within Salesforce.
Requirements
Design and implement Salesforce solutions for partner management, aligned with the overall architecture.
Independently handle the conception and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Provide expert advice and support to the Product Owner, team members, stakeholders, and users regarding the Salesforce system.
Assist with the integration of Salesforce into our existing IT infrastructure.
Develop (programmatically) solutions and processes based on the Salesforce Platform, adhering to development standards.
Define business and technical requirements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce development practices.
Skills & Experience:
Must Have:
6-10 years of development experience.
Several years of experience consulting on and implementing the Salesforce Core Platform.
Strong knowledge of current software development methodologies and Salesforce technologies.
Proficiency in APEX.
Experience with Git and the Salesforce CLI (SFDX).
Experience with agile methodologies.
Agile mindset.
Proven experience in defining business and technical requirements.
Nice to Have:
Experience in API design and integrating Salesforce into our system landscape.
Programming skills in an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
Experience in front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Salesforce certifications.
