Job Summary (List Format):
- Role Focus: Proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud and Omnichannel solutions.
- Experience Required: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 6+ years on deployment teams (preferably Agile/DevOps).
- Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore.
- Project Delivery: Proven track record of successful enterprise CRM project delivery.
- Service Cloud Expertise: Experience in building solutions specifically for Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOAP/REST APIs, data and process modeling, Web-to-Case, Email-to-Case, Omnichannel tools (Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Omniscripts), Einstein BOT/Agentforce, SFDX, and Azure DevOps.
- Omnichannel Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce Omnichannel features and related integration procedures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Quick learner who adapts to new skills and technologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Admin / Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, AI Associate/Specialist.
- Other Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead technical discussions and presentations.
- Additional Experience: Extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer work, or other relevant experiences are valued.
