Job Summary (List Format):
- Proficient in Service Cloud and Omnichannel solutions within Salesforce.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with 6+ years working on deployment teams using Agile and DevOps tools.
- Proven success in delivering customer projects, particularly enterprise CRM implementations.
- Strong experience building solutions in Service Cloud, including Web-to-Case and Email-to-Case.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce technologies: Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Skilled in SOAP and REST APIs (JSON, XML), data modeling, and process modeling tools.
- Familiar with Omnichannel features (Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Omniscripts), and knowledge of Einstein BOT/Agentforce and LLM.
- Experience with SFDX and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communicator, capable of leading technical discussions, presentations, and written communications.
- Self-starter with a capacity to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
- Holds relevant degree or equivalent experience; Salesforce certifications preferred (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, AI Associate/Specialist).
