Job Summary (List Format):
- Seeking professionals proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud and Omnichannel
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience required
- Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore
- Minimum 6+ years' experience on deployment teams using Agile and DevOps tools
- Proven track record in delivering customer projects, ideally enterprise CRM implementations
- Experience in building solutions on Service Cloud
- Self-starter with ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong communication skills: written, verbal, presentations, and client interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Technical expertise in Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, LWC)
- Knowledge of SOAP & REST APIs (JSON, XML)
- Experience with data modeling and process modeling tools/best practices
- Familiarity with Web-to-Case and Email-to-Case functionalities
- Proficient in Omnichannel tools (Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Omniscripts)
- Knowledge of Einstein BOT/Agentforce and LLM
- Experience with SFDX and Azure DevOps
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I & II, Platform App Builder, AI Associate/Specialist)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
