Job Summary (List Format):
- Seeking candidates with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Service Cloud and Omnichannel.
- Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore.
- Minimum 6 years' experience working on deployment teams, preferably using Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
- Proven success in delivering customer projects, especially enterprise CRM implementations.
- Strong expertise in Service Cloud solutions.
- Proficient in Salesforce technologies: Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experienced with SOAP and REST APIs (JSON, XML).
- Skilled in data modeling and process modeling tools and best practices.
- Working knowledge of Web-to-Case and Email-to-Case functionalities.
- Omnichannel proficiency: Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Omniscripts.
- Familiarity with Einstein BOT/Agentforce and Large Language Models (LLM).
- Experience with SFDX and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with customers and deliver presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I & II, Platform App Builder, AI Associate/Specialist) are preferred.
- Candidates with extracurricular leadership, volunteer, or military experience will be considered.
