Job Summary (List Format):
- Seeking candidates with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably 6+ years on deployment teams using Agile and DevOps tools.
- Must be proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud and Omnichannel solutions.
- Experience in successful delivery of customer projects, particularly enterprise CRM implementations.
- Strong skills in building Service Cloud solutions, including Web-to-Case and Email-to-Case.
- Technical expertise required in Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, LWC), APIs (SOAP, REST), data modeling, and process modeling tools.
- Familiarity with Omnichannel tools (Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Omniscripts), Einstein BOT/Agentforce, and LLM.
- Experience with SFDX and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of technical presentations and written correspondence.
- Self-starter who can quickly learn new technologies and take initiative.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I & II, Platform App Builder, AI Associate, AI Specialist).
- Positions based in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
