Job Description

In this role, you will...
Able to understand markets' strategic goals, needs and tailor-make strategies and adapt
training developed at the region to train sales teams, coach the coach (coach sales
managers and coaching their sales teams) to enhance operational efficiencies with a
focus on Selling, Clinical and Soft Skills.
Deliver focused new hire training, new product training and other relevant training to key
stakeholders.
Conduct certifications and competency evaluations based on training plans.
Identify sales teams' needs, work with key stakeholders and influence them to review
market's sales competencies, training effectiveness and gaps to increase new business
competencies.
Enhance the Managerial effectiveness of DSMs through performance coaching /
Leadership skills training and on the Job coaching.
Focus on a continuous learning journey for the sales teams and review and monitor the
progress as required for ensuring best-in-class sales force.
Maximize sales force efficiency & effectiveness by monitoring processes like on the job
coaching and coaching forms.
Plan training budgets, forecast costs as required by organizational planning and
budgeting systems.
Value added to the success of the organization
Implement Sales Training and Sales Enablement initiatives in collaboration with the
region to improve the effectiveness of the sales force and support achievement of
financial and strategic revenue targets.

In this role, you'll need ...
Possess a bachelor's degree qualified or equivalent work experience
8+ years of experience in MNC organisations
The role requires a field work requirement as 7-10 days in a month (performing the role
of Field Sales Coach), and need to focus on "Core Sales Training experience "- includes
Classroom Training, Induction, LMS content Development in MNC organisations.
Preferred candidate from the Medical Devices/Capital Equipment industry
At least 2 - 4 years of Training experience in Healthcare / Medical Devices companies
Good computer skills to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com
Competencies
Able to understand business and the market conditions
Understand adult learning principles & have good presentation Skills to engage
participants
Understand training technologies and be able to use them (LMS, Gamification tools
etc)
Ability to understand training metrics to follow up and monitor results
Contents Development to accommodate role plays & real case scenarios
Identify opportunities increasing sales competencies
