About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Trainer who has been in the field, closed deals, handled
rejections, and now wants to channel that real-world experience into enabling others to
succeed.
This role is not about theory--it's about practical sales excellence. You will be the bridge
between our product, our sales strategy, and the people who deliver it--our Sales team.
From onboarding new hires to sharpening the skills of our seasoned executives, you'll make
sure every rep is equipped to win customer conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new hires covering sales processes, product knowledge, CRM usage, and objection handling.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance sales effectiveness and overall team performance.
  • Conduct refresher trainings based on call audits, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Create and facilitate roleplays, mock calls, and real-world sales simulations to strengthen selling skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders and the Quality team to identify performance gaps and design targeted improvement plans.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives to improve conversion rates, communication, and customer engagement.
  • Track training outcomes through MIS and performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement of training modules.
Requirements
  • minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer/Coach in sales training or enablement.
  • Strong facilitation skills with proven ability to engage and inspire adult learners.
  • Excellent grasp of sales communication, negotiation, and customer handling.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
