Job Description

We are Mumbai based company dealing in instruments related to Clinical Pathology Laboratory (IVD). We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sr. Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. As a Sr. Sales and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Generate new business through networking and prospecting activities. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions. Provide prompt after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering. Proven experience in Sales / Service roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed.
