Working in all these areas required Qualification B2B Industrial Oils & Lubricants, Power Transmission & Distribution, Polymer Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, and Industrial Process Applications.

Requirement

This is a hands-on, field-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager Role requiring through B2B sales experience in Specialty oils, like Transformers oil/new Insulating oils, Liquid Paraffin's and white oils. These specialty oils are commodity products used in as lubricating oils as well as various blends and has vast usage in below mentioned segments.

1. Transformer Oils:



a). All Electricity Boards - All Government and Semi-Government Disconms

b). Electrical & Power Transformer Industries including distribution transformers

c). Cable and Meter Industries.

d). Repairing Companies of all the above. (a to c)

e) Plants like National Thermal Power Corporation, Power Grid Corp. India

f) Limited Railways Ordnance Factories etc.

g) All Government new electrification projects and areas including Power Plants like National Thermal Power Corporation, Power Grid Corp. of India Limited Railways Ordnance Factories etc.

2. Liquid Paraffins:



a). Light Liquid Paraffin- FMCG, Cosmectic Industries, Perfumeries Industries, Ittar Industries, Chemical Industries, Pharmaceutical Industries. Food Processing Industries.

b). Heavy Liquid Paraffin- Tobacco/Supari Industries, Pharmaceutical Industries, Food Processing Industries.

3. White Oils:



a) All types of Lubricant Industries.

b) Rubber Industry.

c) Textile Industry.

d) Polymer Industry/Masterbatches

e) Lamp oil

f) Automotive Industry

Sales & Performance Expectations



? Sr. Manager Sales Target: Minimum 600-700 KL/month

? Manager Sales Target: Minimum 500 KL/month

? Focus on high-volume, institutional and industrial sales

Territory Management & Travel



? Extensive regional travel required: 18-21 days/month

? Coverage includes assigned state(s) and adjoining territories

? Build strong regional market knowledge and local customer connect

Sales Execution & Support



? Handle end-to-end business development with:

Regional teams for marketing & KYC support

-

HO Managers for strategic account coordination

-

Support for OEMs, institutional buyers, and medium-size industries

? Leverage insights from distributor networks handling competitor products to convert potential channel partners.

A. Key Responsibilities



1. Business Development & Sales Execution



? Generate and convert leads through direct client interaction (no inbound or digital leads).

? Target key sectors: power transmission/distribution companies, polymer manufacturers, FMCG, masterbatch producers, lubricant industries and other industrial users.

? Drive sales volumes (measured in KL, not revenue) to meet zonal targets.

2. Client Management & Retention



? Identify customer requirements, propose suitable grades/specs, and handle price negotiations.

? Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

3. Coordination & Post-Sale Support



? Coordinate with: o Logistics for delivery schedules and bulk dispatches (tankers/barrels)

Accounts for billing, payment collection, and credit follow-up

-

Technical team, if needed, for product-related queries

? Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

4. Reporting & Analysis



? Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, orders, and market intelligence.

? Submit MIS reports on sales, pipeline, and customer status regularly to the Zonal Head.

Key Skills



? Strong field sales and customer acquisition skills

? Familiarity with bulk product sales (barrels, tankers); no small pack or retail experience needed

? Ability to independently generate and close sales with industrial clients

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

? Ability to handle multiple clients and coordinate internally for deliveries/payments

? Customer visits should be recorded in the KOOPS app with the details.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?85,000.00 per month
