About the Role
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, expanding distribution, and ensuring brand visibility across Himachal Pradesh. The role requires strong market knowledge, dealer management, and consistent sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and stockists.
Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
Conduct regular market visits, beat planning, and route coverage.
Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key market influencers.
Monitor competitor activities and share timely market insights.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of FMCG sales and market operations.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-4 years of FMCG sales experience.
Graduation preferred.
