Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Retail Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with retail dealers and distributors, providing support and ensuring proper product positioning.

Product Education: Educate retail partners and end customers on AAC block features, applications, and benefits, acting as a brand ambassador.

Sales Promotion: Implement and monitor sales promotions and marketing activities at the retail level to increase product visibility and drive demand.

Inventory and Order Management: Track stock levels at retail locations, coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries, and assist retailers with order placement.

Market Research: Gather market insights on retail trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, reporting findings to the sales and marketing team.

Sales Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales performance, dealer engagement, and market conditions to track progress against targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
