Job Title: Construction Chemical Sales Representative
Reports to: SSO
Primary Responsibilities:

• Identifying and appointing dealers to expand market penetration and increase market share.

• Analyzing and comparing sales plans with previous year's data to implement effective sales strategies.

• Overseeing product sales activities to drive increased sales growth and maximize volume and value.

• Assisting dealers in achieving sales targets and providing necessary training.

• Ensuring the introduction of new products in the appropriate channels.

• Maintaining stock-keeping unit (SKU) availability at key outlets.

• Developing and executing sales promotional programs to enhance brand visibility.

• Ensuring dealer profitability in line with organizational policies and interests.

• Compiling monthly territory monitoring reports, including competitor analysis.

• Conducting retail audits to assess market potential and competitor sales estimates.

• Resolving dealer issues to maintain smooth business relations.

Requirements
Requirements:
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (civil background) with an MBA.

• 4-6 years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably in the Construction Chemical or Cement industry.

Personality Traits:

• Highly energetic, motivated, and confident with excellent communication and selling skills.

• Ability to understand market dynamics and convert products into business opportunities.

• Proactive and driven with a strong initiative to achieve targets.

• Local candidates with a preference for experience in tiles adhesive, plywood, or cement companies.
