? Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
? Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals and provide guidance and support
? Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
? Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
? Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management
? Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets

Requirements:

? MBA Graduate with relevant experience in sales and marketing
? 10 years of experience in Coolant and Lubricant Oil Manufacturing industry,
? Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
? Excellent communication and leadership skills
? Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
